The hotel is perfectly located, the staff are lovely and manage English quite well. The pool is open, though you can see it from the street. Dining at the hotel is affordable and pretty tasty. Every day we found baby cockroaches in the bathroom—no full infestation, but they were present daily, and fortunately we didn’t see any large ones.

The room is along the coast, very clean, and the air conditioning works well. Water and coffee are provided. The shower is weak, but acceptable given the price. There are fewer stairs than expected; I mistakenly climbed up to what looked like the roof at first. I would have liked to extend my stay if credit cards were accepted. The entrance is confusing and I passed it several times. There’s a staircase up a bit from a garage-like area that needs careful attention, so follow the Google Map directions.
