“Incredibly disappointing. 2 star hotels provide better service than this hotel.”

This doesn’t feel like a 5‑star hotel at all. The ‘tapas’ bar is closed during opening hours, the air‑co in the gym and room doesn’t work. I wasn’t accompanied to my room / I carried my own bags to my room when checking in. The complimentary water bottles are the smallest possible size you can buy water from the minibar instead. I forgot a bag after checking out and noticed a couple of hours later, the hotel still hasn’t noticed which makes me wonder how they clean the rooms. Everything feels dead and unwelcoming, honestly the most disappointing 5‑star hotel I have ever been.

The bathrobe still bore the lipstick mark of a previous guest, and when I called to request a replacement, housekeeping blamed the laundry service; breakfast ended at 9:30 am, yet my family arrived at 9:25 and asked the staff to wait a few minutes for the six of us who were eating late, only to be met with a cold‑looked manager shouting that it was time to clear tables, while a server snatched a plate from a guest’s hands. One‑star service.

The location was good, the room was a nice size and clean. The hotel seems aimed at families with children because of its proximity to the theme park.

“Moderne et luxueux”

The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with a view of the marina and the bay. The staff were responsive, and the breakfast buffet was extraordinary.
