I never stayed there because they were overbooked due to construction, but they managed to book me into another hotel. The alternative was an Extended Stay America, which was only mediocre at best; the rooms were pricey because of homecoming weekend, and stepping down a level in hotel quality was disappointing.

The hotel sits just a few miles off I‑25 near the original town center, with many restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, but the room was sparsely furnished. The TV and remote were confusing—there were two different controllers, and I had to ask front desk for help to get local Denver channels. I’ve had similar issues with Ruku systems before; the TV should be simpler for guests. The new owners are working on fixes, including sorting out the mixed televisions and controllers I was told about.

Everything about the place was exceptional. The owner, Nick, is the best; he goes above and beyond to care for guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the country, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I won’t stay anywhere else if I’m in town again, and I highly recommend this place. Nick will make you feel right at home. I had absolutely zero complaints.

The owner was very welcoming, and both the interior and exterior look great. The room was exceptionally clean and pretty. I would definitely stay there again if I’m back in the area, and the price was amazing! Nothing to complain about.
