I didn’t stay, so I couldn’t experience the property, but the room was dirty, the staff seemed unprepared for my arrival, and the first impression was disappointing and uncomfortable.

The room had a warm blanket, a heater, hot water baths, a shared kitchen, and the place felt safe; I especially liked the free Wi‑Fi. The only issue was that the bathroom shower door didn’t close, so water splashed onto the floor—fix that and everything would be perfect.

The only good thing was the hot water. The reception was very rude and had no communication skills; the rooms don’t lock properly and it’s presented as normal. The main gate is locked, but you can stand outside for a while without anyone opening it because the receptionist is always busy on her phone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the water was cold on a few days, otherwise everything was good.
