I booked at Morbex Guest House and the staff first tried to push me to cancel, claiming a direct booking would be cheaper, but that actually raised my bill for two extra nights and the meals they promised never arrived. I stayed an extra day because I needed to, and again they said food would be included, yet nothing was served and the price was higher than we had agreed. Breakfast was a nightmare—stale, moldy bread. When I complained, the staff blamed me for the problem and it was very upsetting. On check‑out they demanded more money, saying I’d booked at an abnormally low rate and threatened to detain me if I didn’t pay, all while my taxi meter was running. The whole experience was terrible, with shady practices and bad service, so I’d warn anyone about staying here.

“Overall worst experience ever i faced in my whole life.”

The environmental conditions were terrible; many fake listings with misleading photos exist on the platform, and this hotel is one of them. The arrangements were awful, the environment was bad, even the blankets smelled, and it felt like they were just trying to make money—third‑class accommodations.

“Very Impressive Feel Time”

The staff were cool and friendly. If you’re booked and arrive one to two hours late, they won’t bother you or call you out for being late; they’re just happy to have you.
