The location and the view from the room were wonderful, the room was spacious and welcoming, and the pools were large. The common areas weren’t very clean; I saw large cockroaches more than once, and the food area organization was a bit confusing, with frequent shortages of glasses, cups, and cutlery. Pool rules were often ignored and no one enforced or warned visitors who broke them.

The reception, pool area, and restaurants were lovely, and the staff in the dining area were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner offered a nice food selection. The beach was very close and the balcony had a great view. The room was not great—quite small, and the bed was extremely squeaky and noisy, which woke the baby in the cot a few times at night. I asked for it to be fixed, but after the fourth consecutive day of requests at reception, I gave up. The pools were very cold, not baby‑friendly. The food was sometimes cold, so I had to take whatever was freshly served at the time. We didn’t know there were different all‑inclusive tiers.

I loved everything—everything was super complete and the staff were totally wonderful, especially Youseff, the hotel waiter, a super nice and attentive guy. We’ll definitely come back!

The area was quiet and the beach was close by, but the buffet was chaotic and we couldn’t find spoons for desserts or small bowls to hold them.
