I was really disappointed with the reception, especially with Mrs. Beatriz who was very rude when I politely asked her name to address her properly. When I asked to borrow a iron, she clearly seemed annoyed; I told her I would call back in 20 minutes, but when she answered I only heard her laughing with someone else, leaving me on hold for a few minutes while I could hear their conversation.

The breakfast and location were good, but there were basic shortcomings. First, the room and bed were not like the pictures when I booked; instead of a standard three‑bed, we got a French bed and a child’s extra bed. When we mentioned that I was taller than the bed’s height, the response was that they couldn’t do anything because the hotel was full. The bathroom felt like a mini cabin on a ship, with dirty, stained walls and paint that looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in 10 years. Missing items included a toilet brush, a suitable sized toilet paper, a spare bed, a fridge (essential for a three‑star place), and a wardrobe. The windows were filthy, about 3 cm thick with heavy dust. I could keep listing the issues that bothered us.
