The only way to talk to anyone was through a TV screen, which was annoying. I was quoted one price one day, then a different one the next, and the staff didn’t offer any real help or explanation. They claimed parking was included, but there was no free parking – only paid spots.

The location is fine, but the place itself was a mess – everything was wrapped in foil, the TV was dead, the fridge was off and smelled bad, the ceiling fan was noisy, and the AC didn’t help. They even accused me of smoking in the room, and the price felt way too high for what I actually received.
