I loved the aesthetics, which were so appealing, and the many details added comfort for guests. I did have trouble with the entrance code because I was sent the wrong code at first.

The location was great, and the room was superbly appointed. There was no breakfast offered, no TV in the room, and the room was on the second floor, so getting upstairs was a challenge for us non‑spring chickens. The toilet macerator didn’t have a long enough flush, and a box of tissues in the room would have been a good addition.

The whole guesthouse is tastefully and stylishly furnished. The hosts are extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty with freshly made egg dishes. The location is perfect for walking around all of Bristol. Because we arrived in a 2.12 m high vehicle, the nearest car parks were unusable, so we parked about 1.5 km away at the Marlborough House Car Park on Marlborough Street—a very safe and somewhat cheaper option compared to other parking garages. Nothing was missing; the entire stay was wonderful.

Very clean. Good communication. Easy check‑in and check‑out. Great spot for the university. It felt a bit overpriced. Many room facilities were shared, such as the TV and tea/coffee, which may not suit everyone.
