The staff is amazing. 1. The room wasn't as clean as it normally is. 2. There needs to be a spot to put in an existing membership #. My bad I booked but still should be able to recognize the #

The new room was very clean, large, and the pull‑out sofa let three adult men sleep comfortably, though the HVAC struggled to keep a steady temperature—sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold.

The kitchenette area was great and I could picture staying here long term and feeling very comfortable, but the furniture—couch and mattress—was not the most comfortable, and the living room needed more seating, decor, and lighting, which is just my personal preference.
