The location was great, breakfast was good, and the afternoon bar was a very good option. However, dump trucks were very loud every morning around 6‑7 am, the walls were pretty thin, and the hallway floor creaked in certain places, making the structure feel weak.

Lance, the General Manager, was outstanding—very personable and accommodating, going above and beyond. Many of the other staff members were also helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed seeing the mountain range from our window and walking through the neighborhood filled with interesting stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast buffet always had many good choices. Parking was easy and convenient, and it was great that a Target and a CVS were right next door. We liked having a kitchenette in our unit; even though we didn’t cook, we appreciated the extra sink and access to utensils and cups. The pool could have been cleaner, and every time we used it there were very loud, boisterous young people, so it wasn’t very relaxing—though that’s just the culture nowadays. We forgot to tell staff that the dishwasher in our unit wasn’t installed properly; when you open the door, the whole thing tips forward out of the mounting. I think we were in #5011.

This is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are outstanding and the facilities are excellent. I’m looking forward to staying there again soon. I did have a problem with the window shades; I didn’t know how to use them or they didn’t work, and I couldn’t bring them down because there were workers on the other side, so the sun hit the windows directly.
