The property was phenomenal, with friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a great breakfast. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a lake check‑out, but that was understandable.

Everything was excellent: the staff, the breakfast, the TV, AC, microwave, and refrigerator. I just need more bathroom light, a shower curtain that reaches the floor, light over the refrigerator, and softer towels.

The location was perfect for antiquing, and breakfast was good. However, the hallways, carpets, elevators and thresholds were very dirty, and it didn’t meet the expected standards.
