The staff were extremely courteous and dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory stay, and parking was available right in front of the building, making us feel safe and comfortable. However, Google Maps had trouble locating the hotel even though it is in the city centre, and the navigation led us to the opposite street.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was ready ahead of time, and in Skopje the air conditioning was set to 38 degrees, giving a very good temperature.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. The location was great, with excellent restaurants within walking distance. They also had an electric car charger that we could use at a very reasonable price.

The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the location fully met our needs. The air conditioning in the room did not cool but instead heated during the hot July day, and the AC on the upper floor dripped onto the metal floor under our terrace, making sleeping at night quite difficult; I hope they have fixed this in the meantime.

The hotel is very friendly and situated in a calm, pleasant district with good restaurants nearby. My room was spacious with a nice view, and the ladies at reception do their best to please you. The breakfast can be tailored to your taste.
