The breakfast lacked Punjabi options—only paneer was offered, which we didn’t like, and South Indian choices were better; I had to ask for tea, which took ages, and the glass was half full when I asked for another cup, again taking a long time. The staff at Ramada in Jalandhar were the best, constantly checking items that needed refilling and standing close until I asked for something, whereas here the staff needed training. The AC temperature wasn’t working properly, so I rated it 5.0/10.
