The spot is close to a shopping center and spotlessly tidy, but I was annoyed that there were no posted pool hours. While we were on vacation, other guests were throwing a party in the pool, which was fine at first, until they started shouting loudly and slamming things around.

I had the worst experience ever. We arrived after midnight on check‑in night, and the front‑desk lady told us our reservation was cancelled because we were late and there was nothing she could do since they were sold out. We asked for a manager, she was called three times but refused to answer because she was sleeping. It was past midnight and they offered us a different hotel; this was my first time booking here and I will never return.
