I tried to book a room and the management told me rooms were available, yet I was charged for both the previous night and the current day. I was confused and asked if I could just pay for one night and check‑in early; the staff said “No.” I understand the policy that check‑in starts at 11 am, but paying for two nights feels unfair in today’s economy. I even tried to cancel my reservation after the front desk suggested booking online, but the system wouldn’t let me. I ended up paying for a stay I never checked into, almost feeling scammed into a second night. I’ll never stay at a hotel that treats guests like that, though it might be a nice place otherwise. Management.
