I got one decent breakfast and one terrible one, and there was no decent decaf coffee available. I wish they’d add a Keurig for decaf and flavored drinks.

The hosts are very nice, but Google rates it as 4 stars while it’s really just a simple B&B. The beds are extremely soft and not comfortable.

When we pulled in, the place looked so tiny that we were honestly a little scared, but inside it felt very homey. We stayed in the family room, which had one large bed and a separate area with two twin beds—perfect for a family with children. The bathroom came stocked with the usual supplies and the towels were soft and fairly large. Breakfast was made to order and the waffles were the most delicious. Emily was so sweet. The town of Tropic was much smaller than we expected, with limited food choices and few evening activities; it’s close to Bryce but not much to do.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was divine, always different and made on the spot.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly, treating us like family and serving an amazing breakfast. We felt at home, even having our own fridge to store our groceries. The property featured a lovely veranda, a seating area with a fire pit and a barbecue, all set in a beautiful setting. The town of Tropic was just a 2‑minute drive away for shopping and local sights, while Bryce National Park was only 15 minutes away. At night, the starry sky was simply breathtaking. Nothing negative to mention.
