How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything—location, the beautiful historic center, the lovely bathroom, the bed, and the room, three French windows, the charm and style of the furniture, a good host in constant contact via WhatsApp. Sweet breakfasts and the option to snack anytime during the day, plus the ability to cook meals in the kitchenette. Nothing negative, just a somewhat monotonous breakfast selection, but that’s common in Italy where they’re usually sweet.

A decent breakfast: toast, pre‑filled baguettes, yogurt, juice, coffee or tea—everything you need to start your day. An extra plus is the location! The only thing to note is that there are four flights of stairs to climb in the building.

Room cleanliness, proximity to the sea, abundant breakfast, central city location. We really appreciated the umbrellas provided for guests. The only downside is that cockroaches may appear right when you enter the building, though we didn’t find any on the upper floors or in the B&B. We still recommend a more thorough cleaning of the air‑conditioning system.

This is an ultra‑central location in Pizzo; the apartment we stayed in had sea views from every window, and the classic bathroom balcony. It’s a large, clean apartment with AC that works well, no issues, and a shared kitchen with all the usual amenities. Breakfast is served in the kitchen and includes croissants, butter, jam, milk, coffee, juices, and pastries. I have nothing to complain about.
