The views are nice, but the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are awful, the open bathroom feels damp and dirty, the breakfast is minimal, and the service is average.

The pool, the villas on the outside, and the surroundings are magical, and the staff is very helpful. The inner villas need restoration; they are in bad condition, dirty, stained, and you’ll sleep with geckos in the room, and they’re very expensive compared to other villas in Bali.

The property truly surpassed our expectations, being a lovely beachfront spot with a nice pool and beautiful gardens, and the room had a small terrace. We would definitely recommend it to other guests, and we also enjoyed the food and massage on site. Nothing negative, it was fabulous!

The outdoor spaces are good, and the staff tries to help with the limited resources the owner provides. The owner refuses to spend a single cent on renovating the disastrous state of the rooms, which are dirty, old, and allow insects and reptiles to enter freely through the wide gaps between walls and ceiling, so you’ll sleep under the excrement of various reptiles on the ceiling and hear their deafening screams all night.
