“Please fix wifi and check the safety hazards of your bathrooms”
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful. However, when we arrived at Papakits there was no wifi service, and we couldn't use the TV during our stay. The power card in our room wasn't working, so we had no electricity. The bathroom was risky because of an edge step that could catch your foot, and my husband ended up with a big bruise on his foot from the bathroom door.
The place was close to family. Swimming pool, ATV, Zipline. Sheets was not clean first night, but got them changed next day. Only hot water for 1 bathroom out of 3. Breakfast buffet was good the first day, then it got worse with out of stock and hair and mosquito in the food

Not much to like. SCAM RESORT. Booked 3 days because of atvs and waterpark advertised on Google. Neither exist. Alot of advertised attractions dont exist. Very noisy locals across river from outdoor restaurant. Big loud speaker blasting all day. There is zip line and horse riding but the horses look as depressed as the people riding them. Only 1 small kids pool operating. Everything is old and worn and rusty. Its been decades since management invested any money in upgrages/maintenance. The room shower was in bad condition. Cement on the glass. Low water pressure. They take the fridge out of the deluxe room and try to rent it back to you for 500 peso a night. The only other option for cold water is small bottles bought from restaurant. Scam again. We could only stay 2 days as absolutely nothing to do. I requested a refund for the last night because of the false advertising but my requests online were ignored and they are not reachable by phone. tried to request also but they were ignored too. Avoid here and save your hard earned money. This place is run by dishonest, moralless people who do not have a very good grasp of business

Not much to say. You have no system to pay if your credit card is down, which it was, and we had limited cash. Maybe you should fix this to avoid future issues.
