Everything was absolutely perfect: the staff made everything easy, especially the language support, the rooms were wonderful, spacious, clean, comfortable, ideal for families, the breakfast was very good, the restaurant too, and the value for money was exceptional; nothing was lacking.

The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, but the place is extremely noisy; you can hear someone walking on the floor above. The bathroom door is a sliding one that pulls hard, and parking is not great.

The team was warm and helpful, the hotel is within walking distance of the old town and Lechfall, rooms are clean and roomy, and the restaurant serves good food. However, the streets are very narrow, parking spots are tight (especially for a new modern car), there's no lift, no air conditioning (even at 18 °C outside and windows open it feels stifling at night), the mattresses sag and the springs are weak, and the breakfast buffet is basic with only sandwiches, eggs, quark, and muesli—no croissants or full English breakfast.

Breakfast was mediocre, but the hotel’s location was good. The room, on the lower floor, was dark because it faced a black exterior wall right next to the hotel; despite booking early, we likely got the worst room the hotel offered.

Fabelhafte Lage, überaus freundlicher Service, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundlich zu Hunden, hervorragende Küche. Nichts
