The wellness and sports facilities, location, and SUB rental right at the hotel with access to Wörthersee are great. The rooms are somewhat outdated and not spacious. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and in almost the whole city.

The place is ultra‑clean, modern, and well‑maintained. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The surroundings are beautiful and you can reach the city quickly by public transport. I always felt something was missing. The indoor pool was a bit chilly and shallow (about 1.30 m deep). The restaurant has no fixed dinner hours—when we arrived at 9 pm the kitchen was already shut. When you do get in, the menu is an odd mix of Italian, Austrian, Oriental, and Thai dishes that don’t really make sense. Breakfast definitely isn’t worth the 25 € per person we paid. The bar was okay, but it also closed early (12 am).

Everything needed was there, but the payment process was confusing: Booking stores your card, at check‑in you’re asked to enter it again, and at checkout you’re charged a third time with the same card.
