I was pretty upset when I asked for a GST invoice and the employee just shut me down. Apparently, it's required by law - Section 31 and Rule 46 of the C/SGST Rules 2017 (Amended) - to provide an invoice when payment's made with GST. I paid electronically and had already used their services, so it felt unfair to be denied the invoice.

We rolled in around 1 am and was relieved to find someone on duty to check us in. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, which was a plus. However, we were a bit surprised by the lack of amenities - no towels, no toiletries, nothing. And the location, while accurate, was a bit out of the way.

Honestly, not much to write home about - no breakfast and no lift. That's pretty much it.
