The location was great, close to the main square, yet it stayed quiet at night. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the volcanoes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We left for a trip at 3 am, so we asked for lunch boxes, which were ready for us at the exit. We could store our luggage without any trouble, and when we returned, we could unpack our backpacks at our leisure.

The location is perfect, less than a block from Plaza de Armas, and the place is super clean; every time we went out for a tour, towels were changed and the room was cleaned.
