Cheap, adequate place to sleep. Cheap, rundown but adequate

I absolutely loved the stay and the family that runs it is so sweet. There was nothing I didn’t like.

I did not like anything abut this property. The only positive was parking was easily accessible. This property was disgusting. My room was filthy and smelled like a combination of urine and smoke. When I checked into the room, there was old clothes hanging on the door, and trash left from the previous guest. There was kitty litter on the floor. The refrigerator and microwave were something out of a college kids dorm. The ice machine was broken. When I pulled in, some couple was fighting in the parking lot. This is one of those motels that the less fortunate live in. I was booked for two days on two reservations. At check in, they told me I would have the same room both days, but when I returned the second day, they had locked me out and no one was available to the front desk to give me a working key. Fortunately, I had removed all my things because I didn't trust leaving my things there due to the place being so sketchy. The bathroom was so gross, and dirty that I bought some cleaning wipes to clean the area. The towels were dirty and paper thin. It was like drying with tissue paper

I think this place could use a lot of improvement.
