Private sector, cozy courtyard, you can leave the car right by the gate. Clean and bright room, bed (we took one big one) comfortable. The kitchen on the first floor is very spacious and modern. They greeted us personally, even though we arrived close to midnight. For breakfast (separate charge 40‑50 lari) we had buckwheat with eggs, vegetables, and chicken soup – everything was very tasty! They speak Russian, very friendly! The stay left the most pleasant impressions! I would have hung a heavier curtain with weights in the shower so it wouldn’t blow away and water wouldn’t leak beyond the line. These shower moments only cause some discomfort. Also, if Wi‑Fi is available, it would be nice to see a printout in the room. We didn’t need it, but it would be convenient, without extra questions to connect.

Everything! I’ll write a lot because I can’t stop thanking the hotel owners for what they did for my life. We came to Tbilisi with my son to have plastic surgery. We chose a cute hotel with a lovely courtyard for a short stay, but everything turned out very differently. I was denied the operation, and the owners went crazy to help me find the best doctor and finally make it happen. I won’t even mention that we arrived late with a child in a completely unfamiliar city, and the kind host welcomed us late at night, put us to bed, and the next morning showed us everything around the house: shops, helped me get a SIM card and top up the balance so I had internet, answered all my questions. I’ve never seen such hospitality and was pleasantly surprised! The place is clean and cozy. In the end, the whole story ended with me staying there for a few weeks. The owners helped me through the whole rehabilitation process – they became a real family to me. At the end we even celebrated my “new birthday,” and we stay in touch to this day. These people will stay in my heart forever. I was so impressed by their attitude that I’m still amazed! I recommend this hotel to everyone. I enjoyed every day and every second. The hotel is in a very quiet and cozy spot, everything you need is nearby, and the city center is literally within reach. There’s also a metro nearby that gets you anywhere quickly. Tbilisi has become my home thanks to these people. I’m incredibly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend it 1,000,000%.

There’s a breakfast area in the courtyard. If you want, you can work in the delightful garden while enjoying the blooming roses. The owners are wonderful, friendly people you’d want to stay friends with. In the photos I attached, the host’s hospitality is shown: ripe cherries and apricots specially for me. Such delight! I had a great time and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.
