“Esta bien si buscas algo limpio y comodo, para descansar.”

We stayed only one night and thought the price was good; like other Ibis, the rooms were more functional than pretty, clean, and had a decent bed. The bathroom lacked a hair dryer, and larger pillows would have made TV viewing more comfortable.

I had a tough night in room 108 because of constant noise from other guests on the floor, hallway sounds, and traffic outside, since my room faces the motorway. I could barely sleep, so I called reception at 7:20 a.m. to ask if I could be moved to a quieter room facing the parking lot. I’m still waiting for a reply. I was originally planning to stay an extra night and leave on Saturday, but this experience has made me rethink staying any longer. I want to know what concrete solution the hotel can offer to address this situation and compensate for the inconvenience. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response.
