How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was spotless, the showers and lounge were great, and the staff helped a lot during check‑in, but the dorm got hot at night and could use a proper air‑conditioning unit.

This is my second stay at this capsule hotel and it’s becoming my favourite in Tokyo; the subway station and restaurants are close, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable enough.

It was cheap and convenient, the shared areas were clean and the lockers were a good size, but the pillows felt odd to a Westerner and there was noise from the toilets or something; otherwise everything was fine.

It’s super convenient—just a 2‑minute walk to the Metro with a direct link to Haneda Airport—very clean, a lovely quiet area, and nothing to complain about.

There was only one charging socket, and after check‑out you can’t leave luggage at the accommodation.
