“Great Breakfast and Easy Check-In, but Disappointing Room Conditions”
The breakfast is consistently excellent, and we always enjoy it. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, as usual. We truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the consistent quality of service. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of our room upon arrival. The room was full of stink bugs, and we spent approximately 30 minutes trying to get rid of them, only to discover they were entering through a large opening leading directly outside. The hole was hidden behind the curtain and appeared to be where an air conditioning unit had been installed near the window, with a box covering part of the area outside. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit inside the room was not working properly. One of the beds was also extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a thin layer of cushioning over it, making it very difficult to get a good night's rest. We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the breakfast and easy check-in process, but the condition of this room was unacceptable. Guests should not have to spend their time dealing with insects, poor maintenance, and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for future guests
