The person taking care of us was friendly. The accommodation was pretty, well‑equipped with air conditioning, a table, and two chairs on a small terrace—great for eating. A supermarket is a few minutes away. There was a cigarette smell in the unit and a cleaning behind the furniture would help; the essentials were clean (sheets, sink, etc.). Mosquitoes were present, and kitchen utensils like a pot and oven gloves were missing, making cooking difficult.

“Nie zachwycił, kiepsko”

Before checking in we received a clear entry instruction. A decent hair dryer, body cosmetics, and a set of towels were available – that’s all the positives. The main issue was the absence of blinds on the windows, both by the bed and in the bathroom, so with the lights on the neighbors across the hall could see everything. The room felt cramped, dust was visible, and the bathroom grout was dirty and moldy. The front door couldn’t be locked from the outside, which felt unsafe since anyone could enter without knowing the code. Soundproofing was weak; we heard everything happening on the floor below. There was also no iron, which should be a standard nowadays.

The room wasn’t clean and had a strong cigarette smell that was very unpleasant. The climate control didn’t work well and would shut off on its own while the room was very hot. The bathroom VMC was extremely loud, and the walls weren’t well insulated, so we could hear our neighbors’ conversations.

It was straightforward and had everything you’d need for a few days, plus good air conditioning. The only downside was that it felt a bit rough around the edges.
