When the power went out, they moved us to another hotel, which was good, but then they just left us hanging - no update when the power came back on, no call, nothing. The hotel's response was slow from the start and the pictures online didn't match the reality at all.

Loved the super cold AC and the shower had both hot and cold water, which was great. However, the bed was a bit too soft, the sheets made me itch, and the towels and shower area could use some attention - a bit of maintenance would go a long way.
