The location is in the city centre, but the hotel sits above the city bus station, the photos are misleading, the breakfast is awful, the room is old, there is no blanket or face towel, the pool is broken, the ambience is worse than a lodge, the pillow is hard, the floor is covered in dust, the room smells like old facilities, there is no parking, and I will never return.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive, and I will definitely come back, but the wardrobe drawers were broken and could not be used.

The café was good, but we had to change rooms because the rainwater installation was burning the wire and almost caught fire; the room we ended up in had no outlets to charge our phones. The photos aren’t an accurate representation of the hotel, which is really different; I thought it was in a completely different place.
