The hotel is excellent and cheap, right next to the river, with no complaints.

I did not like anything about this property. It’s definitely the worst stays in Kolkata. The staff were extremely rude. The bedsheet had oil, burn marks, holes and ash stains. When I asked to change it, the staff replied that you can get your own bedsheet. All the sheets are the same. The condition of the washroom cannot even be explained. Even the water tasted funny. The location is very shady next to a bar with creeps around. IT IS A FILTHY UNHYGIENIC PLACE. Roads are cleaner than this.

The hotel is close to the airport. The place is not very clean; the bedsheets are stained. When I asked to change them, they said all bedsheets are like that because people eat on the bed and stain them with oil.

The quality of amenities was poor, the room was compact, the bathroom was bad, and there was no maintenance.
