“Clean and beautiful room.Washrooms are best and clean.peaceful place.”
The entrance had a slightly narrow road leading to the lower parking, but it was manageable. Inside and outside the rooms there were plenty of parking spots.

The spot from MG Marg was convenient. The room itself was nice, but a big gap between the window and the wall let in a lot of mosquitoes and noise. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 7:30am, yet it was almost 30 minutes late every day. The shower pressure was barely a dribble. Housekeeping never arrived during our three nights. A large window from the stairwell faced our room without curtains, making it very bright at night.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The location was perfect, making it very easy to get around the city. Breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh, delicious options. Quiet hallways and a peaceful environment made for a wonderful night's sleep.

Breakfast. Breakfast was really good. But two things I find very unprofessional is that we told them that our TV is not working but instead of solving the problem they give us evasive reply. We stayed there for 4 days but they have not solved the problem. On the last day, the water supply ran out. We made several calls and waited for about 45 min minutes, but the water supply was still not restored. In the end, we had to take a bath using whatever little water was left in the bucket. I accidentally broke a glass used for drinking water. We were charged ₹300 for it. We pointed out that an ordinary drinking glass should not cost that much, but they still charged us ₹300. Under Indian consumer law, a hotel’s failure to provide a facility that was promised or represented as part of the room can amount to “deficiency in service.” Under Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, “deficiency” broadly means any fault, imperfection, shortcoming, or inadequacy in the quality, nature, or manner of performance that is required by law, contract, or otherwise undertaken by the service provider. They fail to acknowledge their own deficiency in service, but when we accidentally broke a drinking glass, they charged us ₹300 for it. It's not about 300 Rs. It's about the lack of professionalism
