How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel offered great access to restaurants and shopping, the desk staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the cleaning crew was amazing. The bed felt a bit too firm and the shower’s water pressure was low, but nothing major.

The location was great and the facilities were spotless, though the air conditioner underperformed; checking in had a minor hiccup, but overall it wasn’t bad.

We didn’t stay. The hallways were dirty and there was a dying rat on the poolside. My wife went in and told the lady at the front desk about it and she sent maintenance out to get it. It got away from him but it was bleeding on the poolside so the maintenance person dipped a rag in and out of the pool to clean the blood off. That was when we decided to leave. We were there about an hour when all of that happened and we decided to leave and go to another hotel

My stay was clean and comfortable, but I just received a final bill that charged me $6.00 for in‑room water, even though I didn’t drink the $3.00 bottled water available; otherwise the hotel was very nice in every other way.
