The cost was too high.

The breakfast was good, but the room had several small problems: the bed kept rocking, so we had to add laundry to stabilize it; the fridge compartment was awkward because the cabinet door and fridge door opened in opposite directions; the freezer shelf was packed so tightly we couldn’t fit our freezer packs, and overall I felt I paid more than I should have for the room.

“I believe the hotel staff management had a scheme to charge everybody’s smoking fees in their room”

Nothing good to mention; it was just an average Hampton, and the front‑office staff—especially manager Martin—were the worst.
