The welcome was very friendly, and every staff member seemed eager to help; I was on a motorcycle trip and intentionally avoided 5‑star hotels, but everything else was fine.

We found the room spacious, clean, and the bed comfortable; despite being right on the street, we had two quiet nights. The stairwell had a minibar with drinks, parking was good, the restaurant food was tasty, and breakfast was solid—nothing was missing.

The reception was downright unfriendly and spoke in a condescending tone, making me feel unwelcome; the only bright spot was the staff member who prepared breakfast the next morning and went out of his way to please the guests.

The lobby was great, the concept was over‑the‑top, and the staff tried hard but seemed exhausted—just give people more downtime. The breakfast wasn’t authentic Thuringian, just leftovers from Netto.
