I forgot my watch! They retrieved it from the safe and returned it to me.
The place was clean and the location was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were decent in size and the bed linen was tidy. However, some staff were brutal. The night‑shift receptionist never answered the phone after two hours of trying, so I had to go down to ask for extra sheets because it was warm with the duvet. She had a sign at the desk saying she was busy and would return; after several attempts to shout, she emerged half‑asleep and claimed she didn’t hear the phone because it wasn’t ringing at all. The cleaning crew knocked at 15:30 in a brutal manner just to clean.
Everything was great. No negatives.
My daughter liked it a lot.
The location was perfect, right next to the metro, with a beautiful river behind the hotel. It was a quiet hotel with a spacious room and good breakfasts. Most of the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, at check‑in we encountered a receptionist, a lady in a black turban, who was very unpleasant. She didn’t greet us, didn’t give any information about breakfast or services, and only wanted payment for a plastic room key. It’s a shame because the other staff at breakfast and her colleagues were friendly, but one person ruined the hotel’s impression.
