The bed was pretty comfortable and I could rest without any noise from outside. The shower had hot water, was practical and functional. There was a small fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, an iron and a hairdryer, but we didn’t use them so we can’t confirm if they work. The metro station is about 300 m away. I stayed at Olala Homes from 13 September to 16 September 2026 with my partner and we chose the “bathroom in room” option. The room was really tiny and there was no wardrobe for clothes or luggage. Cleaning was decent; they cleaned the room on the first day, but not the following days, and for the price we paid it feels too high. The air‑conditioning was excessive; when we were in the room we had to keep our sweaters on and at night we slept with the blanket even though it was 35 °C outside. The bathroom was small but functional, though the door is almost touching the bed. The location was a problem – the area is far from the city centre and you need to take the metro or public transport. If I were to return to Madrid, I would definitely pick a more central area.

The room was clean and had an iron and a hairdryer, but overall the stay was terrible. The air‑conditioning couldn’t handle the heat, the room was stuffy all night even at low temperature. The mattress was uncomfortable. The power outlets didn’t work and the mini‑fridge didn’t cool. The shower had low water pressure and was clogged. The room was also very small and the bathroom door was too close to the bed, which was very uncomfortable.
The facilities were good. The neighbourhood was well connected but it felt scary to go out at night.
