The concept is interesting, though the capsule quality is weak compared to Western products. The atmosphere was lacking.

The experience was awful; people don't match the photos. The place was dirty and the bed hadn't been changed before I arrived.

I appreciated how quickly I could book the room on Booking, and that was about it. I expected to pay for a proper room based on the photos, but when a staff member with asthma arrived, he couldn't stay in those conditions, so we called to ask if we could cancel. The man with a Ukrainian accent was rude and said we could have found a picture in the listing, maybe, but first we had to sift through dozens of photos that clearly showed it was a room, even with bunk beds. There was no bedding, the place smelled like a mile away, and the staff said they'd rather stay at the station than in such conditions.

The only thing worth mentioning was the warm shower water. The place was filthy, stank horribly, the room hadn't been cleaned in ages, everywhere was mold, and I strongly recommend closing the hotel.

Nothing good. There was no toilet paper, the washing machine was dirty, it was a mess with rotting stuff, bugs, cockroaches, and grime everywhere.
