The staff were lovely, very hospitable and helpful. Traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable throughout, and they upgraded my stay at no extra cost. The location is close to many tourist spots around Fort Cochin and everything is easily accessible. No complaints.

“Superb stay in stunning building”

The building is a beautiful heritage structure. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom; the bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The front desk assisted me in retrieving a Kindle left behind at customs and with lost luggage. The restaurant manager was very good. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The only downside was that the hot water was not particularly hot or plentiful, but that wasn’t a big issue.

The staff are wonderfully helpful and seem to have a deep connection to the place, especially Tasneem who is very nice, as well as her colleague, the restaurant manager, and the rest of the team who are all supportive, clean, and light. The food was excellent, and this was my first time traveling in India; I really liked the variety of dishes and the chef was amazing, especially the omelette. Everything was great with the crew.

“A beautiful comfortable hotel with friendly staff”

The room was lovely, big, comfortable, and had a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was nice and stayed open later, which was great. The location was excellent and very easy to walk to everything. I liked everything.

“Nice calm”

I was happy with the stay—just the right amount of peace, rest, and decent food, and I hope to come back soon. The TV selection was lacking, and it would have been nice if they started serving tea earlier in the morning.
