How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel and staff service were outstanding. The room was small but comfortable with a good bathroom. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Though it’s far from Namba and Dotonbori, a corner metro station takes you there in four stops. It’s a good option and close to Osaka Castle. The best part was the excellent beds. The room was very narrow and had no closet for clothes. Otherwise everything was fine.

The proximity to the K line metro was fantastic, letting me reach any part of Osaka without stress. The hotel was also served by several konbini right in front, always useful and stocked. The room always had fresh towels and a welcome kit each day (comb, razor, toothbrush with toothpaste, cotton swabs), all brand new. The room size was acceptable. Breakfast was rather sparse, with few options that often repeated.

We loved it – everyone was super friendly, and there was a washer/dryer, ice machine, and microwave. They cleaned the room daily and were very kind. The location was great, with a 7Eleven across the street offering plenty of service and a metro stop that takes you practically anywhere. It’s a business area but very quiet and safe, and the dining options are excellent. We also asked the hotel to freeze a pack of coolers for my medication on the last day, and they did so without any problem.

I liked the location, close to the subway and a 7Eleven right across the street. The room was clean and very quiet, and the shower was great, but the toilet felt old‑fashioned. I didn’t get a nightgown or a suit, and the breakfast was a bit off for us from Liechtenstein – the quality wasn’t very high, so I’d skip it. The fridge and kettle were there, and there were plenty of water bottles. The toilet had a bidet that was also outdated, and there was no US or EU TV. The breakfast wasn’t tasty, and the cutlery was sometimes dirty. A guest at the side table brought his own tea bag and asked for hot water, which turned into a drama. The climate control aimed directly at the bed, which I couldn’t stand.

The breakfast was decent, I liked the free water, the room size was good, very comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the shower and bath. Other guests were using the washing machines and left their laundry locked after washing for 30 minutes or more, and at that point I think staff should remove their clothes.
