I liked the room and the vibe, and the staff were cute, but they forgot to include toothpaste and flour.

The room was gorgeous, but you really need a buggy car because you have to climb a steep hill with your bags—it's exhausting. First, you walk uphill with bags; second, the pool needs maintenance; third, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the toilet.

On the second night the power cut out, so they moved us to another room; the water pressure was weak, the mattress was old and hard, and the whole place feels very dated. I won’t stay here again.

The resort is stunning and authentic; the pool area is spotless, rooms are clean, furniture is nice, and the air‑con adapts to everyone’s needs. The staff are very friendly, making it a peaceful place to relax in an authentic quarter just outside the city, offering great value. I don’t understand the negative reviews hurting this lovely resort. I extended my stay several times and thank you. There’s nothing to complain about—if anything, tell the staff what you want and they’ll do their best. I don’t speak Thai, but they speak English; if they’re shy, they use Google Translate, which is fine.

The owner personally looks after guests, and her staff are professional, polite, nice, and helpful. It’s a great place to stay with family.
