Prachtig ingerichte kamer. Geen beddengoed, alleen een laken dus had het ‘s nachts koud. Personeel van restaurant beneden bleef ‘s nachts kletsen en schreeuwen naar elkaar onder raam. Niet mogelijk om voor 2 uur 1 koffer daar te laten Ontbijt: koffie goed maar je krijgt enkel zoete koekjes en beschuit. Ben even naar de bakker gelopen om de hoek

The apartment met our expectations, everything was as described. The location’s usefulness is hard to judge because it depends on where you need to go. A bus stop is nearby, line 8 goes to the train station. Next to a kiosk where you can buy tickets, the staff only speaks Italian, leading to a misunderstanding. Breakfast was prepared in the room—cookies, crackers, jam, Nutella, and juices—meant for the next morning in the breakfast room, equipped with a coffee machine, tea, natural mineral water, sparkling water, and hot water. Reception staff were helpful, but only available during the day. There was an issue opening the door; a "error" appeared after multiple attempts. This happened already in the middle, as the entrance gate was bypassed when someone was leaving outside. Luckily, an open kitchen nearby provided help. The breakfast could be criticized for being only sweet.

The area is quiet and a short walk from the center and Citta Alta. We stayed one night. The room was clean. Breakfast came as dry provisions plus juice in the room.

Everything was great, the location is superb, but I would change the breakfasts to sandwiches instead of sweets. The sound insulation was very poor.

Direct access to the terrace and easy public transport connections. The bathroom was very decent. Great value for money. Connected TV. The second floor lacks an elevator or lift. The environment feels very "digital" (no human touch), internet is mandatory. It was impossible to open the blinds on a window (danger). The self‑service breakfast was minimal, food was in plastic. No hot water at 9 am! The air conditioning stopped working on the second night.
