The apartment’s location is convenient, close to the station. The hostess is friendly, the bathroom is clean, the shower is good, and the kitchen is usable. The window faces the highway and the railway, so it’s very noisy with the window open, but the window is high quality and when closed the noise is almost completely absorbed. Dogs and a cat live in the apartment and there’s a corresponding smell. No other comments.

“Séjour parfait. Hôte très sympa, appartement vraiment bien situé. Le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé.”

The host was very pleasant and accommodating. We could check in at 11 a.m. that morning, avoiding a full day of lugging our luggage, and similarly we could leave our bags and retrieve them in the evening. The room and apartment were comfortable and very well‑located. It was very noisy because of the nearby railway, but the noise was tolerable with the window closed. We knew about it, it wasn’t a surprise. We accepted it and slept fine because there were no trains at night.

Only positive impressions remain from the stay! Excellent location, everything needed is nearby. The room is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything required for a pleasant break. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, friendliness, and attentive care toward guests. Everything fully met expectations. We would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this place! All liked it!

“Nice est une ville à découvrir, qui rappelle beaucoup l'Italie.”

A friendly host named Brigitte made the stay pleasant, and the apartment is just a stone's throw from the train station; the room itself was very spacious, though it faces the tracks and the passing trains bring a noticeable amount of noise.

The place is close to the city center and the station, the host was very nice, clean, and everything you could need was available; however, the train noise made it hard to sleep well.
