The rooms are big and clean, but the sheets and towels have stains and could use an upgrade; the bed was good/hard, and there were plenty of storage cupboards and lovely shelves to put everything out, which is very good. The walls are paper thin and the bathroom was a bit smelly, which can seep into the clothes cupboard in the bathroom area or the bedroom if the door is open. You can hear someone on the phone even 4 doors down inside their room, and it’s even more echoing in the bathroom. So to be considerate of others you need to be reasonably quiet in your room, which most other residents were not, even at 3am :( Not the fault of the property; however, there is no signage for being quiet between certain hours along with the other ‘rules’ that are displayed to remind guests that if they are extremely noisy all the time then there may be a consequence. The internet was also only fine in the room and was not amazing for private zoom calls, which as advertised as a co working venue I would expect more than only high speed internet in the public area.

The location was great, but that's about it - the rooms were a mess and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, and the drinking water situation was pretty sketchy. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel.

It was super convenient for the business retreat I was attending, but the bathroom was pretty rough. Still, I guess you get what you pay for, so it was okay.

This was a great find for our big group - perfect value for the price. We splurged on one of the top rooms, which was a good call since some of the lower level ones apparently had a musty smell. Ours was huge with a comfy bed, great bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out, plus the staff were super friendly.
