“The best trip we've ever taken with kids - could properly switch off and enjoy the experience!”
We flew into Bolzano, took a cable car up to the hotel, and were blown away by the gorgeous setting. The restaurant dishes were utterly tasty—even if we couldn’t always tell what we were ordering, they still hit the spot. Breakfast was five‑star, especially the waffle and omelette station. The Rittencard included was great for car‑free travel. Kids loved the play rooms and the child dressing gowns were a big hit. The basement room stocked bikes, hiking backpacks (including toddler carriers) and free prams, which was fantastic. We’d definitely return. The only hiccup was the children’s set menus; there were “off‑menu” swaps we couldn’t find a guide for, so a language barrier made it hard to choose for the evening when our child didn’t like what was offered. A hotel layout map would also help.
