I don’t know the staff’s first names, but a huge thank you to the hostess who greeted us on Sunday, took the time to show us the sights and restaurants, and was so pleasant and smiling; we also met very friendly and helpful people; the family room was very comfortable, practical, and impeccably clean; I recommend it.
