How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Le Clos de Mara is an exceptional cottage that we recommend without hesitation; from the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the wonderfully warm welcome from our host Sylvie. The house is a true sanctuary: extremely pleasant, tastefully decorated, and cocooningly comfortable, making us feel at home immediately. An unforgettable experience—we’ll definitely return with great pleasure!

The house sits on a quiet hill surrounded by fields, and the shower is both strong and roomy. The host was very helpful when we asked for breakfast early in the morning. The area lacks many restaurants, so you’ll probably need to drive at least 15 minutes to the next town. The detergent used on the linens had a strong scent, and it would have been nice if eggs were offered at breakfast.

Everything was perfect from the welcoming arrival to the delicious breakfast. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed comfortable. Nothing to add.

Everything! The house was perfect, the service was so lovely, welcoming and warm (they recommended and booked great restaurants in the area), and the pool was a welcome treat on hot days. And the breakfast? Delicious! I couldn’t fault the stay even if we tried.
