“like the area and the staff but needs a little tlc”
The staff were helpful, but the toilet was too small for adults and the stairs and railing were loose.

You get what you pay for; the towels in the room were made of blanket‑like material that just absorbed water and didn’t dry you off, so bring your own.

Access was easy, but the entire property was run down and overpriced for what we received.

The pool was one of my favorite hotel pools, and the restaurant and live music added to the fun; the location and overall vibe were great, and I’d stay again. However, I paid a pet fee for my cat, they assigned us a pet room, yet the room had black jumping bugs that landed on my legs while I was barefoot, and after emailing the hotel I received no response—possibly because I used a non‑working address; it’s not ideal to pay for a pet room that might have fleas, but aside from that the experience was amazing and I’d return if I keep my pet’s treatment up to date.

This is my 3rd stay at Wanderoo and they seem to make improvments every year. The property is very old but they have made good updates with new AC units, great pool, clean rooms with fun colors. Shower has hot water and good water pressure. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And the Gravel Bar is fun with good food and drinks. The lighting in the rooms is not good. That is something they could improve on
